Days out!
We love getting out and about! From trips to Melton Bowls Club to other local days out, we create opportunities to have fun, socialise and make wonderful memories together.
STAFF!
Meet Sally and Diane (a.k.a. Trotty) — our dedicated dementia-friendly day centre team. Between them, they have over 40-years experience providing dementia care! We also have Jude our amazing volunteer/ cook who keeps all of our bellies full! They’re passionate about creating a welcoming place where everyone feels supported, valued and part of the community.
EVENTS!
There’s always something to look forward to! We provide numerous events for the day centre, these include arts and crafts, singing for memories, arm chair zumba, tv quizzes, table games, crazy golf and basketball challenges and many more activities. Our day centre is a place to enjoy good company, laughter and memorable moments. We also have a monthly bingo available to raise funds for our days out! If you have a request for any activities you would like to experience at the day centre, please feel free to ask our dedicated team on your next visit!
